Welcome to St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church

St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church is a bilingual (English-Spanish) parish with ministry and outreach in both languages.  We are located in central Utah County and are the oldest and largest Catholic church in the County. We welcome newcomers and visitors, including those of other faiths.  This website includes information about our sacramental ministries, our staff and programs as well as our outreach efforts.

HOPE 4 OREM   Faith Walk

There will be a walk from St. Francis to the Orem Community Church (130 North 400 East) on Tuesday as part of an ongoing effort to raise awareness about teen suicide.

Parishioners are welcome to participate in this walk.

Please meet in the north parking lot of the parish at 7:00 p.m. on the 5th and remember to wear a white clothing.  A human chain will be formed for the walk to Orem Community Church.

If you want to help, come setup tables around 6:30 or assist folks with finding the rest rooms etc.  Contact Julie (jbg@oremstfrancis.org) if you are interested or have questions.

Our dancers with Father Dave at last year's performance

The Ballet Folklorico from the Small Communities will be performing again this year in the Orem Summerfest.  On Saturday, June 9 at 10 am, they will be on Stage at the City Center Park. They will dance for 45 minutes.  Then, in the evening, they will lead the St. Francis of Assisi float in the Parade which begins at 7 pm.  The parade starts on 500 North 800 East and moves north on 800 East to Center St, then it turns and goes west to the Smiths parking lot at State and Center.
